All true enough, of course.  But there's some additional info that perhaps
should be mentioned.  If you really want to read and write to FAT32 from
NT, it's easy.  But you need a third-party utility to do so.  Once you have
the utility, however, FAT32 is just like a native NT partition in terms of
ease of use.

Also, NT5 will have full FAT32 support.
