Have you tried 'erasing' the disc? That should clean it up.

  Subject: [PCSOFT] unformating aCD blank

I'm new at using a CD burner, so I mistakenly thought I needed to format a CD blank (a CD-RW BLANK) to record on it. After I formatted the CD I tried to record on it , and of course could not. Is there a way to salvage this CD so that I can use it? Is there such a thing as unformatting? I use Adaptec Easy CD Creator, and the CD is a 4x CD-RW. My computer has Win98SE.

  Thanks for your help.
