In the AUTOEXEC.BAT file on the floppy, make sure you modify the
PATH= statementS (plural!)  EACH item ends with a semi-colon.
You must make sure that each begins with C:\ .... also if it's not there
already add a "C:\;" (no quotes) as the first item.

I think it's appropriate to drop back for a second and re-ask why are
you making this diskette?  By making all these changes, you have made
the floppy disk VERY dependent on the C: drives files.  If you are
making
this diskette as a backup in case the C: drive fails.... it won't work
either.
