Try http://www.tridentmicro.com/HTML/Drivers/tvga_tgui.htm

Maybe the CL stands for Creative Labs, and maybe VBE stands for Video
Blaster. See if you can find more information on the card that will
identify it as Creative card. If not, use the Trident drivers to be
safe.
