Darlene,

I think you will get a better response if you break this down
into sections and give more details of how/what you are
recording.

In your example formula it appears that the data series are
in a column format rather than by row, but then you speak
about moving the formula down by rows.  Are you working
with the individual records or some sort of summarization
table?

We need a better understanding of what the basic sheet looks like.
