EasyCleaner 2.0 from
http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/files/EClea2_0.exe is a free
program that includes duplicate file finder. Unless an unusual case, I do
not delete duplicate files because most times I don't know if the file being
in only one location will work for possible multiple programs that might use
it AND where should the single file copy be left within the directory
structure.

I use the other features of EasyCleaner and have never had any problems. It
is worth checking out for yourself. There are probably several other free
programs to find duplicate files.
