We need to know more about your system, particularly the display adapter
(Video card). This game may require hardware you don't have.
I checked the site (http://www.etiumsoft.com/index.htm) and there doesn't
appear to be a requirements list, but there is some support, an FAQ and a
forum.

 I downloaded Pac Man Adventures in Time game.  It comes up with an error,
can't find any D3D device.  Is there a patch, update or something I can use
to fix this problem?
