Juanita, open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) go to C:\Program
files\common files\Microsoft shared\stationery. There you will find all the
files that are used for OE stationery, i.e. picture file (some downloaded
stationery even have more than one picture file because they have
button-pictures as well or background pictures besides the main top or left side
picture), maybe music file and html file. You have to delete all the files
referring to the stationery you want to delete and that's it.
