Garbage program?  Actually Nuts and Bolts is  the top utility of it's type.
It has
consistently out-performed Norton Utilities in tests and magazine reviews.
Which is probably why McAfee bought the company.

But if you want to remove it -completely-,  you need to reinstall it and then
use IT'S
uninstall routine NOT the windows uninstall.  Once you have reinstalled the
software,
look for the REMOVE NUTS & BOLTS option within it's area of your START menu.
