go to "settings" control panel", "passwords" and choose the option to have
all users of this computer use the same settings in the list box.

By any chance would this be the Windows Network Password box that keeps
popping up when you bootup? If it is then go to Control Panel/Network. Make
sure that in the Primary Network Login it doesn't show Client for Microsoft
Network, if it does, change it to Windows Logon.
