Back up your Users folder just in case. Download 4.76. Uninstall 4.78
using Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs. Install 4.76. All of your
settings, mail, bookmarks etc. should be saved. If anything goes wrong,
you have the backed up Users folder. If all is fine, which it should be,
you can delete the back up.
