Can anyone tell me if there is a way in Win98 to make a shortcut to Control
Panel from the Start Menu were the Shortcut acts like the Programs or
Documents Shortcut? In otherwords when I place the pointer on it the contents
of control panel open automatically. I did this with Win95, but cannot make it
work with 98. I can make a shortcut, but not one that automatically opens.
