Usually, this problem is caused by the drive being hidden in tweakui.  I'm
not sure that uninstalling tweakui puts the settings back to the original. I
would reinstall tweakui and look at the My computer tab and see if any drive
is not checked.  If it is you might try unchecking and the re-checking the
box.  Good luck.
