It would really help if we knew what e-mail client you were running, what OS
and all that. But generally speaking there should be a setting in your
e-mail client, mail delivery options to leave a copy of the message on the
server. Make sure that its not selected. Other than that general advice it's
hard to help you without more information.

Please help!!!  I am getting email repeats downloaded from days before. I
really need help to stop these. I empty my delete box every time I finish
reading my email, yet it still downloads everytime I get back on the
internet and download my new message. What am I doing wrong????
