In principle, it should be the simplest thing in the world to do this by ftp.  However,
unless you work in a very small private office, they probably have some sort of re-
addressing scheme and some security devices which will complicate things.  You
can ask your network administrator about it, but the easiest way to solve the
problem might be to upload the file to one of the free internet file storage sites (use
the search engines to find one you like) and then download it from there when you
get home.  Of course, if the company has an ftp site, and you have permissions to
access it from both sides, this will be the same thing.
