Greetings-- When you are running in the "Virtual XP Pro mode" on your computer, realize that this "virtual" mode is like a separate computer. You've never installed a printer on it, so you need to use the install disk (or file on your hard disk) to install the printer to the VIRTUAL XP OS when it is running, so that this OS can print. HTH. I haven't figured how to do that so I still cannot use my program. What am I doing wrong? It seems silly to "add printer" when the printer is already on the machine. How do I get the VIRTUAL XP OS to recognize the Windows 7 software/devices? I hope I am making sense. thank you for any help tannis zamora PCSOFT's List Owners: Bob Wright<[log in to unmask]> Mark Rode<[log in to unmask]> PCSOFT's List Owners: Bob Wright<[log in to unmask]> Mark Rode<[log in to unmask]> |
