Anyone else running Publisher 97 under Win98 sucsesfully?  On startup I get a
error msg Invalid page fault.  The MS Knowledgebase has a hit ref this, but
states it applies to Win95.  Basically stating that Publisher needs an older
version of xxx.dll, and simply to replace it.  If I invoke this fix, Publisher
will start, but many other aps under Win98 then fail.
