Hello group,

I've recently reformatted the hard drive on a network computer.  I
reinstalled all the software, etc.  Outlook Express is up and running,
however when the user tries to print an email, it does nothing.  The printer
does print Excel and Word docs fine and even attachments from the email, just
not the email itself.  I'm using W98 1st and have installed SR1 on the system
but it still refuses to print the message.  Has anyone encountered this
before and is there a solution I'm missing.  Hope I've given enough info
here.
