Tommy,

First check the recycle bin for the file. Next do a search of the entire
hard disk that it was on. If not too much time has passed it might still be
there somewhere or in recent files. Be advised that if you have done
anything on the hard drive that contained the file then it might not be
recoverable, as it might have been written over.  Finally use some file
recovery software like Ontrack's "Easy Recovery Software":
