I run W95, I.E. 5.5 and OE 5.  When leaving OE or I.E., a box used to pop up on the desktop giving me the option of going off-line or not. That box no longer appears and I have to remember to go to the task bar and click on the icon to pop up the go off-line box, something I am prone to forgetting.  This happened once before, but I can't remember how I fixed it.  Anyone out there who can help me?  TIA  Paula Houseworth
