I am having this strange problem as of yesterday. Double clicking
any .htm file saved on HD would not open it and an error is returned.
Example - double click 'anylocation\anyfile.htm' returns this error:

[the path "anylocation\anyfile.htm
 anylocation\anyfile.htm" does not exist or is not a directory]

Note that "anylocation\anyfile.htm" is stated twice in the message.

I can open the file by one of the following
- change extension into .asp then double click.
- or Rt.Clk the .htm file and select 'open in same window'

Platform: win95, IE4
