If a Windows Logon name is defined you will have to go to:

HKEY_USERS\"username"\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Doc
 Find Spec MRU

(where "usernmame" is the Windows logon name)  to make the changes.  Same
changes as described below.
