Dr. Bell:
Perhaps I'm not reading your post correctly, but if you repartitioned
and reformatted your HD, then you've obliterated your previous Windows
installation, and you will have to reinstall it. There is excellent
guides to partitioning, formatting and installation at the FreePCTech
site at freepctech.com (the home of PCSoft) under the Guides/FAQ header.
It is important that the operations be done in the correct sequence:
Partition first, format next, and then install Windows. While you're at
that page, it would be a good idea to download the appropriate boot
disk.
