The file you mention is part of the following Win95 or Win95a update.

krnlupd.exe     UPD960202a   Win32 Kernel core component update.
KERNEL32.DLL  4.0.0.951
Do not install krnlupd.exe on OSR2 or higher.

SEE "IF" you have the following keys in your registry.  DO NOT add them!
They were put there IF you have the update installed.

HKLM,SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\Updates\UPD960202a "Win32 Kernel core component update"

HKLM,SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\Updates\UPD960202a, (your path)\KERNEL32.DLL,,"4.0.0.951"

This is the only file "installed" with this update, so if you put it in,
(unregistered in the registry), you should still be "OK" except you
will not be able to un-install it...
