Joan, if you are using Outlook Express, go to Tools, Message Rules, Mail and look at each mail rule. The description for each highlighted rule is located in the box under the list of rules. It could be in "subject line" or "message body." Simply modify or remove the rule. You can also check the "blocked senders" in this window.
