Good morning!

I'm not certain if this problem belongs to "software" or "hardware".
If this is the wrong list I'll need the address to sign-up for PCBUILD.

Regarding the One-Step Backup feature of Zip Drive:
        I'm am unable to open the file selection tab, either to view the selected
files, or to select files for a new backup job.

        All of the other tabs work fine.  But, when I click on the file selection
tab, the propeller (cursor) just spins, and spins.  And when I click
Ctrl+Alt+Del, I'm informed that One-Step Backup is not responding.

Since Iomega Support isn't(!), I'm hoping someone out there can help.
