After at least 4 attempts to download Sygate Personal Firewall and AVG
antivirus program I am stumped.  They seem to download normally but the
message 'The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are
attempting to run has been corrupted.  Please obtain another copy of the
file, verify its integrity, and try again'  has shown itself every time when
I attempt to install it.  Last night I turned off the screen saver,
Control-Alt-Deleted all programs running in the background except for
explorer, systray and AOL.  Just before that I cleaned out the temporary
internet files and the history folder.  There have not been problems for me
downloading in the past.  Can you suggest anything else?
