Jim,  I tried that and it Auto Corrected while I kept the document open.
When I closed the doc and re-opened the same document, the auto correct
entry was gone.   So far I can't make the correction "stick" after I close
the document it was entered in.

I want to correct "recieve" to "receive" in all documents that I create
without having to enter the Auto Corrections every time I open a new document.
