The file WMPCORE.DLL is on your installation CD under the
path \win9x and in the compressed file
win_16.cab
You can navigate to it on your CD with Windows Explorer, double click it,
then select WMPCORE.DLL, click "File" on the menu bar, and select
"Extract". That will get the dll from the CAB file. Then you will need to
move the dll to its proper sub directory.
