Hi list

I got this email this morning and it will not let me delete it or move it.
Also I can't empty my junk email folder. Any ideas.

Thanks in advance

This says to turn System Restore off before running any of the software
suggestions given, yet AVG is to be running all the time and periodic scans
to run,
probably in the middle of the night. How can these both be done? And also,
why the 24 hr wait to turn System Restore back on? I just turned it off to
download Avast. Should I have done that? Avast says it cannot run
simultaneously
with Norton on a couple of its features,(can't remember which ones). When
Noton AV runs out, I don't intend to buy it again, but what do I do in the
meantime? Thanks for your help.
