"Red Frames in the Sunset....."

Assuming you can view other Web .jpg's OK, the fault probably lies with the
Webpage--nothing much you can do about it.
Either
1. the html links on the Webpage are incorrect,
2. the uploads did not properly complete,
3. The pix are in some exotic format, incorrectly described as .jpg, which
your browser can't read. In that event, you might try opening your browser
cache, see if you can identify one of the pix in question, and try opening
it in a specialised viewer such as Irfan or Polyview. If the cache is too
full to identify anything, close your browser, empty the cache, and revisit
the site. The cache will then only contain the material picked up on that
site. If it doesn't contain the desired picture files, then you are left
with only the first two alternatives above. (Or any others I haven't
thought of!)
