Glenn,

If you don't worry about the format and only care to read the printed text
then try Copying and pasting the text into another application (i.e.,
Wordpad or Word, etc.) Use the "Select Text" tool to capture all the text,
then copy (CTRL C) and paste (CTRL V) the text, Next print out within the
new application (Also select a better font size before printing).

(There is no way to control the way Reader formats for printing short of
the controls in the Reader print window (I assume that you have tried all
there.)
