I will be picking up a new computer later this week.  I have DSL.  (For
anyone who remembers, I basically bought the custom built system I posted to
the List last week.)  I'm worried about internet security when I bring it
home and boot it.  Will it work to download new copies of Avast and Zone
Alarm now on this old system, burn the files to a CD, and then use that CD
to load them onto the new system and install them on the new system before
connecting to DSL?  I'd be using Win98SE to download now and will have Win
XP SP2 Home on the new system.
