Later versions of IE have this capability by doing a Save As operation.
However, there is a good freeware program that does a good job. It is called
Site Snagger and was published in the February 1998 issue of PC Magazine.
You can download it from www.zdnet.com or try www.pcmag.com or
www.download.com all sites are part of ZDNET.

I'm glad you asked this question. What I want to know is if anyone has a
good way to copy whole web pages or small web sites to a local hard drive so
they can be viewed off line, and even edited for re-use.
