Would be nice to see other comments about the browser cache settings for
those folks with cable internet access.  My cable company recommended
the default settings for Netscape at least ( 1024 KB for  memory cache
and 7680 KB for disk cache) and said setting the caches at zero would
normally degrade performance.

Any one else with experience in optimizing these settings ??
