How did you manage to copy the files to the RAID device? Normally, you would
first have to install XP onto the RAID drive and then proceed to install the
rest. Did the RAID not boot when you installed XP on it?

Based on your response to the above, we may be able to help you more. I went
through a RAID setup on my own system some time back and also had some
"items" to work out ;)
