Herb,
When IE is open go to Tools/Internet Options/Programs. Look at the E-Mail
selection. It probably has Netscape Messenger as the selected E-Mail
program. Either it changed by itself, or you once had Netscape Communicator
and set Messenger as the default mail program. Just click the little arrow
at the end of the selection box and you should see Outlook Express as one of
the choices.
