My problem is when I download a new theme and try to install the theme It
will not install new icons or background. I can change the theme with what
comes with Microsoft Plus, that came with my computer but nothing new. I
could do it before so what did I do to change things? Did I delete a needed
file or what? Any suggestions?
My computer is a Compaq with Windows Me.
