Dear Lynn,
        Try dragging the recycle bin with the right mouse button instead
of the left mouse button. Then when you release the right mouse
button one of the options that pops up is "Create Shortcut Here"
Click on that, and the shortcut to the recycle bin will be in
your send to folder.
