Hi Randy, We're having the same problem in our computer lab. We installed
new P166's this summer and have had this problem with six of the keyboards.
It goes away when I switch and use some older boards we have around. One
of our techies said she's solved it by clicking on the Word icon (or
whatever it's called) on the Task Bar. I haven't had the opportunity to
try it yet. Please let me know if you discover a solution. I'm beginnign
to suspect cheap keyboards or bad keyboard controllers on the QDI
motherboards.
