Good morning!

Just wanted to let you know that Microsoft has released a new
service pack for MS Office 97, this week.  This one is Service
Release #2 and you must have installed Service Release #1 FIRST.

You can easily check your system to see if SR-1 is installed.
Open Word or Excel and click HELP, now pick the last item,
ABOUT MICROSOFT xxxxx.  If you see "SR-1" at the end of the
program name (on the top line), then you have the first
release installed.  If not, then you will need to install
both patches - in order.

Both service packs can be downloaded for free from the MS web
site, http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/Articles/sr2fact.htm,
or you can order a CD for a nominal fee.
