Patrick, just right click on the file, drag it to it's destination and
select either copy,move or create shortcut.
Hope this is what you were needing.

I want to know if it is possible to change the function of dragging a file
from one destination to another (from Directory to Director or HD to Floppy,
etec)

so that it moves it, instead of creating a shortcut. Possible registry
hack???
