Having found Roxio unweldy for any number of reasons, and MS BackUp no good for backing up to CD/RWs or CD/Rs, I uninstalled both.  I then downloaded SyncBack and two HP/Sonic DLA files they suggested so my CDs could be formatted in the UPD (?) format.  I installed all 3 and it appeared to go smoothly.  Now, however, I get no format option wne I rightclick my CD Burner and the backup data CDs I had preciously used are not recognized.  The same is true for new blank CD/Rs or CD/RWs; they are not recognized by the drive.  I've tried a number of 'knowledge bases' but can't find any answers.  Help! - and thanks...
