Hello

Over the last few weeks I have made changes to my website only to find when
I go to view them the pages look unchanged.

I was advised to clear my temp files and history, but that changed nothing.

I was then told that my ISP probably uses caching and I should disable that.

That sound logical ... but I can't work out how to disable it!!

I use IE5.5 and any advise will be appreciated
