Greetings:

Briefly, the operating system we are using is Windows XP Home Edition, Outlook Express 6.0 and Norton Anti Virus. With this background, when we receive email with an attachment (paper clip in upper left corner) and click on paper clip we can see the attachment description but can't open the attachment. The envelope symbol and the save message below the envelope is 'grayed out'. What are we doing wrong since we can't open and thus read the attachments being sent to us? Thank you for your time and consideration regarding this issue.
