What you're going to have to do after you set up both accounts is possibly
use the message rules under the tools menu. Make a folder under the inbox
for you and one for him. Go into the rules and create a rule to put all
mail addressed to you into your personal folder and all mail addressed to
him into his. Then when you use the send/recv command it should separate.
You can also create folders within each of the main folders to separate the
mail further. Also, just to the right of the send/recv button is a down
arrow that will allow you to just get your mail or just his rather than both
at the same time.

decided to use Outlook Express for his email too, and somehow I can't seem
to get the mailboxes straight, meaning, for some reason, I open mine, and
get all my mail, and his too, and vise versa... He gets all mine.
