For under $100, you will probably be getting an Upgrade or an OEM version, 
which is fine if you have a stand-alone Win98 CD, or you will never want to 
use it with a new/different or substantially upgraded computer.

Personally, I will never put VISTA on a PC of mine, for a lot of reasons.  I 
very much regret putting SP2 on with all the "features" that are 
incompatible with my security software and that I have to turn off that 
won't STAY off.
