Codecs are modular plug-ins for decoding video info. Intel, in
particular, seems to have released a lot of different codecs for
their "Indeo" suite over the years.
The message indicates that this particular clip needs a docec that
isn't installed on your machine. To be useful, the message should
also include the name of the particular codec that it needs.
