Hi there. I am hoping that someone there can help me with this problem.
What is happening with my computer is that when I get an animated gif or jpg.... doesn't matter if it is by email or if I find it online somewhere.. Once I click on it to save it to my computer it becomes UNanimated. I have no idea why this is happening as it only started this week. I am noticing that when I do click on it....instead of being asked to save to the name that it is I am given the choice "UNTITLED"..... I have tried calling the animation everything from untitled....to the original name and still it becomes unanimated. The only thing I have done recently is updated my Quicktime but that really shouldn't have anything to do with it could it? I went and did a system restore back to when I think it worked and it didn't help. I also updated any windows updates and Java updated. Still nothing.
Please help...... it is so boring without animation
Sincerely,
Myra Stewart
