You could use one of the free online services to keep your
bookmarks synched. These are quite a few of these. One is at:

Alternatively, BookmarkConverter 2,8 is a piece of shareware that
will do the job. You can download it from:

The MS and Netscape bookmark formats are not the same, so they
can't
be kept in one place. However, what you probably want is a
synchronization utility that will compare your bookmarks from MS
and
NS and merge them in both formats, creating identical bookmark
lists
for each browser.
To my shame, I don't know a single utility of this kind, I am
only
aware of their existence. Thinking of this, I need something of
the
kind as well... anyone has a URL for it?
